Beata's's Caesar Salad

Dressing
3 or 4 cloves of garlic (depending on taste)
½ cup of olive oil
splash of red wine vinegar
2 heaping tablespoons of Hellman's mayonnaise
1 ½ heaping teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon parsley
pepper to taste
splash of lemon juice
Salad
1 lb. of bacon crisp and crumbled or use Hormel bacon bits or pieces
11/2 heads of romaine
croutons
Parmesan cheese
Directions
Dice garlic in tiny pieces (or better yet --use food processor - it's quicker). Blend in oil
and vinegar, then add garlic. Blend mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and parsley in separate
bowl, then add to oil and vinegar in food processor. Add a splash of lemon juice.
Place in jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Clean and dry romaine. Place dressing in bottom of large bowl, add romaine, and toss.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, add croutons and bacon and toss.
Viola!
