Low Country Boil

Ingredients:

2 pounds snow crab legs or crawdads

1 pound uncooked shrimp

1 pound kielbasa, cut into 2 inch pieces

2 pounds red potatoes

12 pieces sweet corn on the cob, cut 2 to three inches frozen or fresh

½ cup old bay seasoning

Instructions:

1. Bringing 6 to 8 quarts water to a rolling boil. Add old bay and red potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes.

2. Next add sausage and sweet corn and cook for another 10 minutes until

the red potatoes are tender.

3. Next add snow crab and shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not over cook

the crab legs and shrimp. Just until shrimp is pink a crab legs are hot to touch.

4. At this point you can either place on a serving platter neatly separated or do things like in the south: place newspaper all over the table and strain all ingredients and drop them in the middle of the table.

5. Hand out plates and forks and ENJOY!
