Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 10 oz. package frozen spinach chopped, thawed, well drained
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
3 sliced spring onions white and green parts
3/4 cup cheddar cheese plus more for topping
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts drained and chopped
1 packet ranch dip mix
1 round loaf sourdough bread loaf
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 c)
Mix ranch dip, sour cream and cream cheese in large bowl.
Add cheddar cheese
Stir in spring onions, spinach and water chestnuts.
Cut top off the bread and remove center
Cut the leftover bread into cubes.
Fill bread bowl with dip.
Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 25 to 30 min until golden brown
Serve with cubed bread, tortilla chips and vegetables.
